We want every profile to be accurate and fair. If something is wrong, tell us and we’ll look at it. Email AbbieChavez12@outlook.com with the page address and what needs changing.

If you’re a listed photographer

• Out-of-date ratings. Ask for a re-check and we’ll update the score and screenshots from your current Google and Trustpilot listings.
• Wrong details. Send the correct name, area, website or social links.
• A review summary you think is unfair. Tell us which one and why. We’ll compare it with the original review and reword it if it doesn’t reflect what the reviewer wrote.
• A review you’ve challenged. If Google or Trustpilot removes a review, let us know and we’ll update the profile to match.

We don’t remove accurate ratings or reviews because they’re negative, and we don’t accept payment to change a score.

If your review appears here

Our screenshots show public reviews as they appeared on Google or Trustpilot, which can include the reviewer’s name and profile picture. If one of them is yours and you’d like your name or picture hidden, or the summary removed, email us and we’ll do it.

What happens next

We aim to reply within 7 days. When we make a change, the profile shows a new “last checked” date.
